He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Waldo, Louise Blocker, Bernard Eric and Pearl Leubner; and his brother-in-law Chase Courmier.

He is survived by: his wife Misty Courmier Leubner; his daughters, Destiny Authement (Calab) of Sulphur and Keileigh LeBlanc of Sulphur; his granddaughters, Makaylee and Annistyn Authement; his parents, George Leubner and Cathy Leubner of Westlake; his brother Jason Leubner (Michelle) of Ragley; his godchildren, Emily and Cameron Leubner; and his mother-in-law June Courmier.

In lieu of flowers the family will be accepting donations to offset medical expenses.
