He is survived by: his wife Shawna Bertrand Toups; his daughters, Ashleigh Sharon Toups of Houston and Hannah Brooke Toups of Carlyss; his father Leon Toups (Lola Toups) of Westlake; his brother Micah Toups of Virginia; his parents-in-law, John and Geradine Bertrand of Sulphur; his sister-in-law Jennifer Bertrand; and his pets, Beau, Benjie and Drexler.
