It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Helen Keener Sigler (Sulphur, Louisiana), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Meldris Glen Sigler; her parents, Charles Malcolm Keener Jr. and Mary Helen Wade O'Banion; her stepfather Elbert O'Banion; her children, Bobby Sigler, Terry Sigler and Brenda Sigler; her siblings, Barry Keener, Charles Keener (Dot) of Douglasville, GA and Linda Graalun; her grandchildren, Angela Kay Sigler, Melissa Sigler and Chasity Sigler; and her great great grandchild Gavin Sigler.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Sigler (MaLissa) of LaCamp, LA, Douglas Sigler (Karen) of Pineville, LA, Allen Sigler (Sadie) of Singer, LA, Carl Sigler (Joyce) of DeQuincy, LA, Ricky Litsey (Peggy) of Gulf Port, MS, Latricia Merchant (Dempsey) of Leander, LA, Dianne Long (Regan) of Hazel Green, AL, Tammy Breaux (John) of Sulphur, LA, Angela Sigler of LaCamp, LA, Cindy Davenport (Ronnie) of Grenada, MS and April Wellman (Michael) of LaCamp, LA; her stepmother Francis Keener of Powder Springs, GA; and her siblings, Peter Keener of El Paso, TX and Barbara Bray of Lake Conroe, TX. She is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren, sixty-two great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
