She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eastridge and Gladys Henderson Eastridge; her former husband David L. Frye Sr.; her children, Patricia Frye Wolfe (Richard), Anita Gail Frye McNiel, MaryAnn Hayzlett (Larry), Karen Frye Thibodeaux, Mark Frye and David Frye Jr.; her granddaughter Jessica McNiel; her siblings, Harold Eastridge, David Eastridge, Vernon Eastridge and Nancy Clark (Lewis); and her siblings-in-law, Roger Buchanan and Betsey Eastridge.
She is survived by: her siblings, James "Bud" Eastridge of Saltville, VA, Bob Eastridge (Peggy) of Saltville, VA., Wayne Eastridge (Lou) of Damascus, VA. and Patsy Buchanan of Meadowview, VA.; her sister-in-law Mary Eastridge of Jonesborough, TN.; and her son-in-law Leo Thibodeaux of Henderson, TX.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
