He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Spicer; his children, Marshall E. Spicer (Becky), Patricia "Diana" Hebert (Michael) and David Spicer (Michael); and his siblings, Nell Roper, Chester Spicer (Kay) and Debra Kittner (Rodney). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
