He is survived by: his girlfriend Heidi Vincent; his children, Sailor Rose, Georgi Mais and Stagg Alexander; his mother Tammy Cormier; his sisters, Summer Hayden and Alexis Korn; and his grandmothers, Sherry, Linda Cormier and Lela Hayden.
