She is survived by: her husband Gary Welton of Sulphur; her daughters, Melissa Donnelly (Chad) of Homer and Karen Brooks of Sulphur; her grandchildren, DaCota, Cheyenne Donnelly and Carter Brooks; and her sister Dolores Jacobs (Earl) of Sulphur. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
