She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Alexander (Cotton); her parents, Emile and Cora Trahan; and her siblings, Minnie Heffner, Mildred Langley and Kenneth Lee Doucet.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Alexander (Susan) and Debbie Chaisson (Floyd); her grandchildren, Rusty Alexander (Laura), Brandi Babino (Jeff) and Kaitlyn Lee (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Arabella and Shane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
