She was predeceased by: her son Jay Phipps; her siblings, Eddie Ray Holmes and Brenda Holmes; and her father Alton Ray Holmes. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth James Phipps; her sons, Dr. Travis Andrew Phipps and Dylan James Phipps (Kendra); her grandchildren, Kynleigh Phipps, Kollins Phipps, Dawsyn Phipps and Hance Phipps; her sister Sandra Holmes; her stepmother Mary Ann Holmes; and her nieces and nephews, Natasha Granger and Sconnie Granger.
