It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Raymond Leger of Sulphur, Louisiana, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurfy Joseph Leger and Ethel Marie Fontenot Leger; his brother Gurfy Joseph Leger, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Welch and Jimmy Trahan.
He is survived by: his wife Marcell Evans Leger of Sulphur; his sons, Kenneth Norman Leger (Stephanie) of Lake Charles and Scott Jamison Leger (Rachel) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Keighly Paige Leger, Kolby Scott Leger, Keaton James Sonnier, Leah Caroline Leger and Lawson Scott Leger; his sisters, Sharon Hearn (Wayne) of Lake Charles, Vickie Welch of Lake Charles and Veronica Gaspard (Randy) of Lake Charles; his brother-in-law Bo Evans (Maggie) of Atlanta, GA; his goddaughter Kayla Bellard; and his friends, Glenn Smith and John Michael Bonner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
