He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ann Hoffpauir and Rammie Joseph LaVergne; his brothers, Morris Wayne LaVergne and Larry Joseph LaVergne; and his godmother Melba Sonnier.
He is survived by: his daughter Krista Cole (Kenneth) of Sulphur; his grandchildren, Ava and Amaya; his sister Melissa Richard (Randall) of Sulphur; his niece Kayla Trahan; his nephews, Charlie Richard and Alex Richard; his great-niece Isabella; his great-nephew Greyson; and his stepfather Charlie Breaux of Sulphur.
