He is survived by: his nephew Mathew; his niece Kailey; his great-nieces, Raelyn, Marlee and Shaylee; his son Jace Guidry; his granddaughter Savanah; his mother Pamalin "Pam"; and his brother Andy. He is also survived by nephew, nieces, great nieces, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
