She is survived by: her husband Jess Burton Wallace, Jr.; her children, Diane Thibodeaux (R. J.), Claire Sylvest (Dan) and Ross Wallace of Sulphur; her granddaughters, Katherine Kumar of Seattle, Allison Sylvest (Patrick Hayes) of Orlando, Lauren Sylvest, Alexis Thibodeaux and Alyssa Thibodeaux of Sulphur; her great grandchild Addisyn Dupre of Sulphur; and her brother Herman M. Busch, Jr. (Jean) of Sulphur. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
