He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Hanks (Randy) of Bell City; his mother Evon Nichols of Vowells Mill, LA; his brothers, James Nichols of Woodville, TX and Ralph Nichols (Sherry) of Jasper, TX; his grandchildren, Bailey, Jaxon and Grifin Hanks; his siblings, Nugent and Keating; and also, Charlotte Newman and Pat Hanks of Sulphur.
