He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Phipps and Linda Phipps; his brothers, Dr. Travis Andrew Phipps and Dylan James Phipps (Kendra); his cousins, Sconnie Granger and Natasha Moreau; his nieces, Kynleigh, Kollins and Dawsyn; his nephew Hance; his grandmother Mary Ann Holmes; and his aunt Sandy Holmes.
