He is survived by: his son Michael Andrew Colvin (Dierdre Miano); his stepdaughter Amanda Foster Bankston (Jeddie); his grandsons, Tristan Simon (Megan Aumiller), Tanner Simon and Eli Foster Falcon; his great grandchild Addisyn Rose Simon; his sister Patricia Colvin Guthridge; and his nephews, Scott Guthridge and Brett Guthridge (Steve Harvey).
Jack requested donations be made to Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (ECW), The City of Refuge, Boys Village, or MD Anderson Cancer Center in lieu of flowers.
