He is survived by: his wife Gayle David of Carlyss; his children, Nancy Gray (Chris) of Ragley and Ramsey David (Bethany) of Beaver Dam, KY; his grandchildren, Allison Gray, Cohen Gray and Alex Phelps; and his siblings, Roger David (Karen), Manuel David of Lake Charles, Diane McInnis of Sulphur and Mary Louise Moak of Magnolia, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
