She was predeceased by: her parents, Robley Merlin Evans and Pearl Daily Evans; her husband Wiley E. Self; her children, Wiley E. Self, Jr. and Donna Self Barker; her parents-in-law, Wiley Ponder Self and Lora Taylor Self; and her sister-in-law Agnes Kersh (Bill).
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Evans McMichael; her daughter Debbie Self Tennison (Gilbert); her brothers-in-law, David Self of Cooper, TX and James Self (Carol Ann) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Gareth Barker (Heywon) of South Korea, Annie Barker of Sulphur, Deidre Plauche (Bruce) of Sulphur, Reagan Barker of Sulphur and Adena Smith (Clint) of Sulphur. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
