With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Frances Barbier Zauner of Sulphur, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 15, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Zauner, Sr.; her son Michael Zauner; her parents, Mabel Raftery Barbier and George Barbier, Sr.; and her brother George Barbier, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Richard Zauner, Jr. and Susan Zauner Carter; and her grandson Chad Carter. She is also survived by extended family, including cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, a Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on a later date.
