He was predeceased by: his parents, Eclyde Soileau and Emma Soileau. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Rios of Brenham, TX and Samantha Hartman of Dayton, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
