It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dortha Ann Banken of Sulphur, Louisiana, born in Dequincy, Louisiana, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Henry Banken and Letha Marcantel Banken; and her brother Marlin Marcantel. She is survived by: her brothers, John William Banken (Donna) of Bridge City and J. C. Banken (Cathy) of DeQuincy, LA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
