He was predeceased by: his grandson Conner Schexneider; his parents, Joe Johnson and Berta Johnson; his siblings, Jack Johnson, John Johnson and Shirley Talbert (Henry); and his nieces, Wanda "Red" Edgerton and Glenda Williamson Taft.
He is survived by: his wife Danna Johnson; his children, Eric Johnson, Amanda Hofford, Robert Trahan (Christina) and Jennifer Trahan; his sister Dorothy Lowrimore (Glenn); and his mother-in-law Sharon "Rooney" Hagar. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
