He is survived by: his parents, Mark Moffat of Shooting Creek, NC and Malisa Moffat of Shooting Creek, NC; his siblings, Sheree and Stephen of Sulphur; and his grandmother Peggy Moffat of Zachary. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
