He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest T. Boudreaux and Hilda Marie Boudreaux (Bruce); his siblings, Clayton James Boudreaux, Lois Boudreaux Breaux, Isidore "Zee" Boudreaux and Ronald F. Boudreaux; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Dorothy Landry.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Landry Boudreaux; his children, April Boudreaux, C. J. Boudreaux, Jr. (Sara Evonne Boudreaux) and Clarence Boudreaux; his grandchildren, Cladomire, Dustin and John Paul Landry; and his sister Marie "Butch" Griffin (A. J.) of Marrero. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
