She was predeceased by: her son Brannon W. Kuhlthau; and her parents, Elmer Downey and Betty Jane Downey. She is survived by: her husband Raymond W. Kuhlthau, Jr. of Sulphur; her children, Joanie K. Warren (Scott) of Chester, SC, Scott A. Kuhlthau (Vanessa) of Sulphur and Brittany Kuhlthau of Sulphur; her grandchildren, Aiden, Brayden, Noah and Victoria; her sister Susan D. Braselton; her aunt Dianne Busby; her uncle Johnny Stakes; and her friend Margaret Hammett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
