He is survived by: his children, Dustin Craig Moore, Cody Ray White and Lexy Moore of Sulphur; his siblings, Kristy Lynn Moore, Jason Paul Moore of Sulphur, LA and Craig Raymond Moore, Jr. of Florida; and his fiancée Trish O'Quinn of Sulphur. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
