He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Toney and Bertha Toney; his wife Elizabeth Ann Spell Toney; his children, Ricky Edward Toney and Sheila Ann Toney; and his son-in-law Bryan Keith Fontenot.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Wayne Toney, Sr. (Michelle) of Ragley, Theresa Toney Fontenot of Moss Bluff and Charles Edward Toney, Jr. (Michelle) of Lake Charles; and his daughter-in-law Marie Toney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
