He is survived by: his children, Tish O'Quain, Nikki Arnold (Chad) and Shannon O'Quain; his siblings, Jerry O'Quain, Frank O'Quain, Tommy O'Quain, Margaret Wing, Sheryl White, Patsy Nelson, Deborah Butts and Valerie O'Quain; and his grandchildren, Chastity, Courtney, Justin, Laken, Bobby, Chase, Mea, Kadence and Brennon.
