“Tony was a Halliburton friend of my son, Jason Walker. They worked together in Rock Springs, WY. He called me one day to give me his grandmother’s shrimp court-bouillon recipe. We had a most enjoyable conversation. I Loved his Cajun accent! We talked like we had known one another for years. He was most enjoyable to talk with, reminding me that the recipe called for “butter”, saying “now dats real butter”. I will always think of Tony whenever I prepare shrimp court-bouillon!!! Momma Walker”
