She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron Stephens, Sr.; her parents, Erben Lewis and Teresa Lewis; her children, Roxie Ann Stephens and Lewis R. Stephens; and her nephew Scott Shelton.
She is survived by: her son Aaron Stephens, Jr. (Jackie) of Sulphur; and her siblings, Joe Lewis (Mary), Linda Dillard and Melba Carlock. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
