He is survived by: his mother Grace Williamson Shumway Taliaferro; his sister Patricia Darlene Shumway Potvin; his nieces, Tambri and Katie; and his nephew Tommy. He is also survived by 5 great nieces, 3 great nephews, 6 great great nieces and nephews.
