He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Ebarb (Kim), Kathy Best and Buddy Ebarb (Dianne); his sons, Christopher Boyett, David Boyett (Leslie) and Chad Boyett (Christy); and his grandchildren, Carly Boyett, Skylar Belcher, Camry Belcher, Julianna Boyett, Peyton Boyett and Taylor Boyett.
