He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Perrin and Howard Perrin; his wife Sarah Riley Perrin; his son Michael Perrin; and his siblings, Paul Roy Perrin, Wanda Marks, Norma Anthony, Nancy Williamson and Gail Perrin.

He is survived by: his sons, Ken Perrin (Gwenna "Wendy) and James Perrin (Pam); his grandchildren, Austin Brian, Shawn Brian and Shelby-Canna Milligan; his great grandchildren, Madison Brian, Anthony Brian, Lilly Brian, Alden Brian and Adler Brian; and his brothers, Gary Perrin and James "Jimmy" Parnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park in Blanchard, Louisiana.
