She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Jones and Eileen Jones; her husband Luther Hamilton; her siblings, Marion Jones, Rodney Jones, Marty Jones and Kathryn "Kat" Lutrick; and her granddaughter Allison Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lu Ann Butler (James) and Denise Hamilton; her siblings, Randy Jones (Patsy), Patricia Phillips (Mike), Linda Maddox and Scotty Jones (Jan); her grandchildren, Travis Fowler (Holli), Tyler Fowler (Amanda), Robert Butler (Shannon), Frances Anne Manning (Dennis) and Gloria McRae-Spencer (Duncan); and her great grandchildren, Saylor Schrock, Tyler Henley Fowler, Hannah McRae-Spencer, Amelia McRae-Spencer, Jameson Jones and Jemma Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery (Monroe) (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
