She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy Douglas, Sr.; and her parents, Veo Reaves and Myrtle Akins Reaves. She is survived by: her children, Larry Douglas (Pat), LeRoy Douglas, Jr. (Andrea), Gail Osburn (Archie), Wanda Axsom (Rusty), Betty Jones (Levon) and Debra Axsom. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
