She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Armstrong; her parents, Furmon Roberson and Minnie Roberson; and her brothers, Wallace and Arthur Roberson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Brown (Debbie) and Charlotte Tisdale (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Chris Leonard, Chip Tisdale and Casey Brown (Keshia); her great grandchildren, Katie Leonard, Bryce Leonard, Bradley Brown, Dylan Brown and Mason Brown; and her brother J. M. Roberson (Jackie). She is also survived by numerous nephews and a niece.
Memorials may be made in Maurine's name to M.D. Anderson Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
