We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2024, at the age of 65, Jerry Church of Sterlington, Louisiana, born in Lawton, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby O. Church, Sr. and Mary R. Church; and his sister Donna Payne. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Church; his daughter Stefanie Stewart (Brandon Stewart); his grandchildren, Jaxson and Lilly; his brother Shelby O. Church, Jr. (Holly Church); and his niece Michelle Payne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
