He was predeceased by: his parents, C. F. Gray and Pauline Gray; his wife Pam Gray; his brother Charles Gray Jr.; his son-in-law Kevin Cupit; and his great grandchild Case Courson.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Brown (John), Jeffrey Gray (Libby), Kellye Cupit, Suzanne Hopkins (Erich), Shea Smalling (Alex) and Blake Shelby (Olivia); his great grandchildren, Jennifer Colquette (Brad), Ashton Courson (Brandon), Tanner Wyatt, Sydney, Cassidy Shelby, Grayson and Reed Smalling; his brother Doug Gray (Bonnie); his sister-in-law Melanie Girard (Pat); and also, Vicky Sanders, Jimmy, Carolyn Goldman and Marilyn Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
