It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James De Wyatt Rice of Sterlington, Louisiana, born in Jonesville, Louisiana, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E. Rice and Helen Janette Jones Rice; his wife Belinda Gail Rice of Sterlington; his daughters, LaDonna Smith (Kenneth) of Sterlington and Amy L. May of Sterlington; his granddaughter Bri Anna Cooper (Sean) of Sterlington; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Presley Cooper of Sterlington; his sister Debra Poe (Steve) of Eros, LA; his brother-in-law Ricky Sypert (C. J.); and his caregiver Physicians.
