He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Moore; and his daughter Bonnie McDonald. He is survived by: his daughters, Teri Patterson (Chris), Vicki Evans (Robbie) and Linda Watson (David); his grandchildren, Michael McDonald (Rachel), Jana Bradley (Justin), Simon Patterson (Rhianne), Scott Patterson (Sara), John Watson (Lauren) and Abbey Hughes (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Seth McDonald, Ava McDonald, Ella McDonald, Jaden Bradley, Jax Bradley, Luke Watson and James Hughes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Methodist Children's Home or to Samaritan's Purse.
