He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his parents, George Jacobs and Bessie Jacobs; his siblings, George (GA), Dub, Herman Jacobs and Joyce Pruitt; and his nephews, Alvin, Dubby Jacobs and David Pruitt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Roberts (Marty) of Long Beach, MS, Dorothy Hiers (Gainer) of Picayune, MS and Claire Mayeux of Monroe, LA; his grandchildren, Jordan Davis and Hilary Cabezas (David); his great grandchild Stephen Henry (Molly); his great great grandchildren, Kolbie, Brody and Owen; and his brothers, Don and Jerral Jacobs (Glenda).
