He is survived by: his wife Tonia Williams of Start; his daughter Chelsey Goodwin of Prairie Grove, AR; his mother Martha Johnston of Delhi; and his siblings, Lesia Mooney (Tony) of Start, Marshall Williams (Rita) of Start, Timmy Johnston of Delhi, Stevie Johnston of Delhi, Cecil Williams of Amarillo, TX, Joe Williams (Alicia) of Jena, Sherwin Williams (Jennifer) of Jeana and Wiley Powell of Purvis, MS. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
