It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Keith Stallings of Start, Louisiana, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheatham Earl Stallings and Thelma Louise Stallings (Lewis); and his brother Glen Edward Stallings. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Todd Stallings of Start, Louisiana and Larry Keith Stallings of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his brothers, Larry Earl Stallings of West Monroe, Louisiana and Mikel Wayne; and his sister-in-law Robbin Stallings of Monroe, Louisiana. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
