She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Shivers and Constance Shivers; and her daughter Cheryl Ulmer. She is survived by: her husband Joe Grissom of Start, LA; her daughter Gloria Bowen of Pearl, MS; her grandchildren, Joshua Tyler Hopkins of Brownsburg, IN, Chevana Mitchell and Apryl Mitchell; her great grandchild Arabella Gay; and her stepchildren, Carolyn Smith (Jeff) of Eldorado, AR, Bill Grissom, Tamera of Start, LA, Rosemary McDonald (Paul) of Rayville, LA, Joann Dennard (Troy) of Crowville, LA, Dooney Grissom (Rhonda) of Girard, LA and Daniel Grissom (Ellie) of Rayville, LA. She is also survived by eight step grandchildren, and five step great grandchildren.
