He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Clack and Shirley White. He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Clack; his sons, Benjamin and Dennis; his granddaughter Ann Clack; his sons, Michael Clack and Sydney Clack (Madeline Clack); and his brother Alan Clack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
