He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Braneff Linscomb; his parents, Walter Alvin Linscomb, Sr. and Murtie Fonville Linscomb; his brothers, Walter A. Linscomb, Jr. and William "Ricky" Linscomb; and his nephew Weldon Linscomb.
He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Wayne Linscomb (J. W.), Dudley Linscomb (Bethany) and Caleb Linscomb (Lori); his grandchildren, Jacob, Kathrynn, Abbie, Caison, Clayne, Jude, Amelia and Wesley Bass; and his mother-in-law Claudia Braneff. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
