It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyler Paul Martinez (Starks, Louisiana), who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Susan Pierce; and his great-grandparents, J. D., Verna Mae McDonald, William and Margaret Martinez.

He is survived by: his parents, Jason Martinez (Kirsten) and Sherrie Martinez (David); his siblings, Caleb Martinez and Jaylin Martinez (Lane Gillis); his girlfriend Kilon Gillis; his grandparents, Marvin and Jean Martinez; his aunts and uncles, Kimberly, Brandon Wood, Tammie and Danny Daley; and his cousins, Mikayla Wood and Luke Wood.
