He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Casey Sparks, Paige Statum (Matthew) and Meghan Blackwelder (Andrew); his grandchildren, Kandice Says, Valarie (Jon), Larry Says, Madison Deen, Ansley Blackwelder, Isabella, Aubri and Mylee Jo Statum; his sister Judy Reeves; his mother-in-law Leta Foster; and his brother-in-law Tim Foster (Mary Johnson). He is also survived by 3 great grandsons.
