He is survived by: his stepdaughter Melissa Brooks (Brian); his daughter Ashley Johnson; and his siblings, Jo Allen Granger (James F. Granger) and Caroll Elton Johnson (Helen Ruth Pevoto). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
