He is survived by: his children, Hunter Douglas White and Taylor James White; his wife Summer White; his sister Mary Johnson (Timothy); and his nieces and nephews, Jeremey, David, Jr., Nikole, Chelsea and Robert. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
